Hey!
Sorry, I've been really inattentive to this place of late. I'm sorry. In spite of having finished my computer build nearly two years ago (and it's still awesome, by the way), I've not been using it for as much CG work as I'd planned. But I hope to get back to it! Not sure when I'll actually post anything, but I'll try to actually keep tabs on this place and respond to everyone from here on out. Again, sorry I've been so absent!

Hey all,
T-Rex here, been a while since I did any dedicated CGI work. Well, I've got my new machine up and running (built from scratch, no less) and I'm ready to get back in business.

Antec 900 Case (looking pretty bamf when all lit up, I might add)

Rest in Peace, Davy Jones

So as if it wasn't bad enough that the Steelers released Hines Ward, Davy Jones of The Monkees passed away from a heart attack. It's a shocking loss, and very saddening.
I saw Davy perform live at a local park (he lived in my state, so it was him giving back to the area, pretty much) and loved every minute of it. He was one of my favourite singers from one of my favourite bands of all time. He'll be sorely missed.

Soon, it's going to be yet another regular day. Birds will sing...cats will meow...dogs will bark...geese will honk and steal peoples stuff.
A typical, simple, regular day.
However, there is a small, tiny, exception. The exception is for you, for that is the time when lightning was thrown from above by Zeus to herald your appearance. Cast in the molten fires of Mount Olympus, and granted with a great creative power, you have been released upon the world to conquer it in whatever manner you see fit! For it has been foretold by those who can see the future that you are great and true, and that it is your time to shout your joy to the heavens, and revel in the knowledge that on that day, it is written for you to have a Happy Birthday, with many more to come to increase your power and complete your creative conquest!
Also there's hand made cake and ice cream from down the street. Those folks make some mighty fine cake indeed. Yum!
